I love spreadsheets! So much of the problems I find people have with spreadsheets or stems from not knowing how truly versatile of a program Excel or Google Sheets can really be. We want to create spreadsheets that solve problems, save time, and make you need to do less manual work.

Our excel spreadsheets are easy to use, detailed, and save you time and money. We handle jobs both big and small. Personal and business related.

Estimate

The first step is to fill out our intake form and schedule a follow-up call to discuss your project, get more details, and provide an estimate.

Deposit

We will send you an estimate detailing your project needs and scope of work. To get started, a 50% deposit and a signed contract are needed.

Planning

We schedule all your days, gather more details, schedule calls to review progress and give an ETA for completion.

Create

We work to complete your project! Along the way, we will adjust needs, format, test, import data, and add time as needed.

Wrap Up

Once the project is completed, we adjust and send over your final invoice. Once the final invoice is paid, you'll receive your spreadsheet.

What programs can you use?

Can you create macros?

Yes. Basic macros can be created and included

If I'm not sure what I want it to look like, can you help with that?

YES! Sometimes clients are not sure what they want it to look like but they know how they want it to work and what information needs to be in it. From there, I take that information to create a custom spreadsheet that meets those needs.

I'm not very good with spreadsheets

We will teach you how to use your new spreadsheet and each comes with a set of notes to help avoid problems. If you ever make a mistake or it is not working for some reason, we can also fix it for you.

What happens if I lose it?

We keep copies of all our spreadsheets for 1 year (without sensitive information), so if you misplace it, or make a huge mistake, we have a starting point to work from again.

How much does it cost?

Each project will vary in the amount of time based on the amount of information. During an estimate phone call, we will give you an estimated range of hours this might take to complete.

*1 Hour: $80 (Quick Fixes/Reviews)

*3 Hours: $200

*5 Hours: $275

Can you also do data entry?

Yes. This is priced at $40/hour.

How do I get started?
